Doctor Laundry provides laundry and dry cleaning services subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below. By handing over garments/articles to Doctor Laundry, the customer agrees to all the terms stated herein.
General
All garments/articles are accepted subject to inspection and are processed at the customer’s risk.
Doctor Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment/article without assigning any reason.
Garment Condition
Doctor Laundry shall not be responsible for:
- Colour bleeding or fading
- Shrinkage of garments
- Damage due to inherent weakness of fabric
- Missing buttons, embellishments, or accessories
- Pre-existing damage not visible at the time of acceptance
All garments are treated as per care instructions provided on the label or as deemed suitable.
Stain Removal
Stain removal is a specialised process. While Doctor Laundry makes reasonable efforts to remove stains, complete removal is not guaranteed.
Pricing
Prices are indicative and may vary based on:
- Garment type
- Fabric
- Level of soiling
- Special treatment required
Final pricing shall be confirmed after inspection.
Delivery
Standard delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational reasons.
Doctor Laundry shall not be liable for delays caused due to circumstances beyond control.
Customers are required to check garments at the time of delivery. No claims shall be entertained after acceptance of delivery.
Loss or Damage
In case of loss or damage attributable to Doctor Laundry, compensation shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) times the service charge of the garment/article.
Compensation shall be provided as store credit or service adjustment only.
Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected within 15 days of completion may not be retained.
Doctor Laundry reserves the right to dispose of such garments without any liability.
Claims
All complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Garments should not be used after delivery if a claim is to be made.
Payments
Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery. We accept online payments, UPI, or cash.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before processing starts. No refunds once the garment has been processed.
Force Majeure
Doctor Laundry shall not be held responsible for any delay or loss due to events beyond control, including but not limited to natural calamities, fire, theft, strikes, or government restrictions.
Rights Reserved
Doctor Laundry reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
